Computer Doctor Hawaii
Founded 2000
Unlike most computer repair businesses, Computer Doctor Hawaii was not founded by computer technicians. Computer Doctor was started by computer users and business people so frustrated by their experiences with computer repair services they were determined to prove there was a better way. The success of Computer Doctor has confirmed their belief. Bud Challenger, one of the founders, is part of the NetEnterprise management team and continues to ensure that Computer Doctor maintains it customer friendly philosophy.
Our Philosophy
Computer Doctor was established on two core beliefs: (1) Business people need their machines working immediately and (2) the data on their computers is valuable and must be protected.
Our Staff
Computer Doctor only hires repair technicians who are not only well trained, with a minimum A+ certification, but who also subscribe to our two core beliefs and can talk with customers in plain, non-technical English. Our repair technicians also hold certifications in a variety of computer, printer and plotter repair areas that authorize them to work on HP, Gateway, IBM, Xerox, OkiData, and other name brand machines. Computer Doctor repairs more plotters than any company on Oahu.
Our Clients
Our clients are diverse, from the home users to large corporations, who may have an IT department but no in-house hardware and printer repair capability.
Our Affiliation with NetEnterprise
Computer Doctor Hawaii is a division of NetEnterprise, Hawaii’s most trusted IT solutions provider. We are proud of our role as the service and repair division for NetEnterprise, which shares our philosophy and offers all customers the highest quality service available. From Web hosting and server co-location to building and managing networks and providing Internet connectivity and data center services, NetEnterprise is Hawaii’s leader.
Our Service to the Community
Computer Doctor Hawaii works with Honolulu Community College and Asset School, providing supervised training for youths interested in entering the computer field. We rebuild computers for donation to a number of community projects. We also assist the Red Cross by participating in their printer cartridge recycling program.
You can help too! Bring in your used laser and inkjet cartridges and we will recycle them, with the proceeds benefiting the Red Cross-Hawaii Chapter
