This Division provides a wealth of knowledge in Data Center services such as collocation, hosting, video streaming and remote management, as well as LAN and WAN design, implementation, and support. From setting up services within the NetEnterprise Data Center, to designing and implementing an enterprise network that involves connecting remote sites, to building the infrastructure at each site, to setting up the servers and workstations, the Engineering Division is well versed in networking to support a variety of situations.
This division also provides desktop support services, wide area troubleshooting, maintenance services. Services are provided both via proactive means as well as by responding to trouble calls and maintaining service levels for our wide customer base. This division maintains a high level of expertise with LAN and WAN support, and enterprise class routing.
In addition to the division described above, the Customer Support Center staff is the first line of support for NetEnterprise customers. They respond to customer calls and emails with efficiency and courtesy, utilizing the NetEnterprise help desk application to ensure all incidents are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
